Mail hours are from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. Monday-Friday.
Residents are required to present their Keiser University student ID to retrieve their mail. Mail not addressed to the student will be returned to sender.
Residents must present their Keiser University student identification card to receive mail. State-issued IDs are accepted if the student Keiser University student identification card is lost or stolen. Only current residents are permitted to receive mail. Former students are unable to receive mail.
All mail not retrieved within a reasonable time will be “Returned to Sender.”
Central Air is provided in each Residential Building.
Keeping our environments safe and clean is a partnership between residents and staff. We provide daily custodial services to public areas like community bathrooms and communal areas, and maintenance services are available by contacting the Office of Student Living @ 561-681-7958 studentliving@keiseruniversity.edu or your Resident Advisor (RA).
Campus Security
Unhealthy behavior that impedes the daily clean routine of the custodial team is subject to punitive accountability.
All residence halls have electronic key card access, which students are issued at check-in. The RA’s provide security and assistance to students who live in the buildings while assisting on a wing or floor.
